Registration Dates: August 15, 2026 - October 1, 2026 (late registration open until October 15, with a higher fee)
Registration Includes:
- Welcome Reception (Thursday night, Nov 12, 7-9 pm)
- Admission to Symposium, includes Breakfast and Lunch (Friday, Nov 13, 9 am-6 pm)
- Symposium Dinner (Friday evening, Nov 13, 7-9 pm)
- Motor Coach Transportation from Charlottesville VA (as space allows).
Registration Fees* (registration is free for invited speakers and UVA attendees)
- Faculty/Professionals $100
- Postdocs and Graduate Students $50
- Undergraduate Students $25
- Late Registration Fee (Oct 2 - Oct 15) $200

Please submit your payment by October 1, 2026 to avoid the late registration fee; Beginning October 2, a late registration fee of $200 will apply. Please submit your payment using this link below:

The current registration fees are:
- Faculty/Professionals: $100
- Postdoctoral Fellows/Graduate Students: $50
- Undergraduate Students: $25
- UVA attendees and invited speakers: No registration fee
Hotel Accommodations
