For the first time, the NESC students in the Current Topics class (NESC 3985) invited a seminar speaker for the Neuroscience Graduate Program (NGP) seminar series, planning the entire event.

The speaker was Dr. Sydney Cash from Massachusetts General Hospital, an expert in the study of epilepsy. Here,current 3rd year Shrinidhi Kittur is introducing the speaker. The students then had time to interact with Dr. Cash after the seminar and hosted a dinner with him.  This event was made possible by anonymous donors who have donated funds to promote student/faculty interactions.
