PFN Research Featured on NPR: Studying Side Effects of Weight-Loss Drugs

Ali Güler's lab works on GLP-1 receptor agonists, and was recently recognized on a national news story on NPR.  GLP-1 receptor agonists are drugs like Ozempic, Mounjaro, Wegovy, and Zepbound that are used to treat diabetes and obesity.  Ali and the other researchers featured in the piece are attempting to minimize the side-effects of these life-saving drugs.
